ARIA IN ROSSO, chamber orchestra
In 1995, I wrote a chamber opera about Anton Webern titled "Mittersill 101." Among the four arias, inspired by Goethe's "Theory of Colors" (a book that apparently was in Webern's jacket pocket when he was accidentally fatally shot), there is one about the red color. Here it is in an instrumental version.
